Ok to accurately measure the weight and potential brain improvements i am recording the follow
Weight on bmi scales and wii fit.
Torso measurements so i can see if i am getting slimmer.
Leg and arm measurements to see if i am getting thinner and to see if i am getting muscle growth.
To be accurate i am going to measure myself at the same point in the day ie about 9pm this give +/- 1lb discrepancies due to fluctuations in the body during the day.
Torso measurement will be taking the same every time, chest measurement as a woman would take her measurement to find her bra size, belly measurement will be around my belly button, waist at the bottom of my belly, hips right above my manhood, neck around my adams apple this gives +/- 1/2 inch discrepancies due to trying to get the same spot everytime.
Legs measurement will be for the thigh 2 inches above knee cap and 7 inches, and around the calf muscle and around just above my ankle this gives +/- 1/2 inch discrepancies due to trying to get the same spot everytime.
Arm measurement will be taken around bicep and just above my elbow, and just above the wrist this gives +/- 1/2 inch discrepancies due to trying to get the same spot everytime.
Know measuring the brain is little more difficult and harder to measure but i am going to take the same approach, i will test myself at 10pm using a brain age checker, now because it will not always give the same types of question and same questions it will be hard to judge, but at the same time it will show improvement if i am speeding up or getting better brain age.
Why will this be fairly accurate well because i am not going to do brain training to get it so it speeds up and gets more right, secondly because there is no same answer i can not memorise however i will need to test memory but the brain age checker will do that as one of it tests.
