Thinking of doing this diet

mmmmm i wonder how well this diet is going to work, as a scientist everything says to me there is no way in hell it can work but apparently there has been a lot of success stories so i am going to give it a try.

anyone interested it is called the fasting diet or 5/2 diet, where you eat normally but do not overeat on 5 days and 2 days you fast ie only have 500 calories in day, there is different ways to do it ie two different days in a week or 2 days in a row, the second bring faster results but that are substantially because you aint really dieting as such by cutting your calories per day your just starving your body for one day and making it eat its own fat
