This is about intermittent fasting or 5/2 diet. This blog is about me and my diet, but it also about the science behind this diet and the benefits it can bring to you. I am putting my own body through this diet because i need to as i am dangerous position and this diet can help that but also bring other benefits. New diet about to begin
Just 
getting ready to start a new diet, but this is the first diet i am doing
 not just to lose weight i really need to, but because the science of 
how it works is puzzling me, it should not work but there is plenty of 
examples of it working, but not only that it is actually causing people 
to have longer life and reduce risk of cancer etc so i am doing it as 
experiment on myself and to lose weight.
