For breakfast i had ready break with sugar for about 500 calories.
For lunch i had cheese and tomato toastie for about 600 calories.
Since lunch have had some chocolate and a banana for about 400 calories.
For dinner i will be having sausage mash and swede for about 700 calories.
Will have home made apple pie for about 500 calories.
With that and some tea and odd snacks here and there i have had ab0ut another 500 calories.
I probably have more tea and snack tonight for about 150 calories.
So today i will have had 3400 calories.
mmmm that explains the slow down in the weight lost as i weighed myself this morning and i was 17 stone 7 lb
I think i will need to try cut back on the none fasting days but still good i am losing weight even with being naughty.
This is about intermittent fasting or 5/2 diet. This blog is about me and my diet, but it also about the science behind this diet and the benefits it can bring to you. I am putting my own body through this diet because i need to as i am dangerous position and this diet can help that but also bring other benefits.
