Ok for breakfast i have had rice crisps with full fat milk and cup of tea approx 300 calories.
I had a yogurt and cheese string midday approx about 600 calories.
For lunch i had white bread sandwich with cheese and tomato approx 400 calories.
This is about intermittent fasting or 5/2 diet. This blog is about me and my diet, but it also about the science behind this diet and the benefits it can bring to you. I am putting my own body through this diet because i need to as i am dangerous position and this diet can help that but also bring other benefits.
