NOTE: Please be aware i am no expect only a scientist testing this diet on myself as i am seriously overweight and have a lot of inner dangerous fat.
So what does intermittent fasting do for it? it helps the body to start eat this fat up because it is the most rich in energy, as your body when fasting is needing energy it will eat the fat it has to get energy it requires.
So i am ideal weight would this be fine to do, as long as you eat healthy and eat properly during the 5 days you are not fasting yes this diet can help you.
I am under weight or i am pregnant can i do this diet? I would seriously recommended speaking to your doctors first, why do i say doctors because some are against it and some are for it, you need to balance out what they say and ask for a neutral opinion on it, but if you do it, be very very careful being underweight you could yourself, and being pregnant you could kill your unborn child

I am putting my own body through this diet because i need to as i am dangerous position and this diet can help that but also bring other benefits.
