So i had home made cottage pie which has been weighed and calculated to give fairly accurate calorie count of about 280-300 calories. For snack in the evening i had a bit of toast with small amount of jam for about 150 calories.
So my total calorie count today was about 570. I also weighed myself quickly and i am about 17 stone 10 lbs.
This is about intermittent fasting or 5/2 diet. This blog is about me and my diet, but it also about the science behind this diet and the benefits it can bring to you. I am putting my own body through this diet because i need to as i am dangerous position and this diet can help that but also bring other benefits. I am not a medical expert any advice i offer is based on my own research, please consult your own doctor before undertaken this.
