This is about intermittent fasting or 5/2 diet. This blog is about me and my diet, but it also about the science behind this diet and the benefits it can bring to you. I am putting my own body through this diet because i need to as i am dangerous position and this diet can help that but also bring other benefits. Fasting day night time
Well i held off to 5pm before having anything to eat at all, i had 3 strawberries 10 calories, then had my tomato pasta 300 calories, then later in the night i had cup of tea 30 calories, toast and jam 120 calories, and banana 80 calories bring my daily total to 540 out of my 600 calorie allowance for the day, i weighed myself and i was 17 stone 11 lbs so i have lost some of what i gained last week because i never took my medicine for my stomach.
