I am thinking about posting daily updates saying what i am eating and drinking and exercise i get done, so those who are following this can see i am eating normally during the other 5 days, but i am curious if people would be interested.
Oh my weight when i unofficially weighed myself yesterday was 17 stones 12 lbs and when i started the diet i was about 18 stone 11 lbs which was about 4-5 weeks ago now
This is about intermittent fasting or 5/2 diet. This blog is about me and my diet, but it also about the science behind this diet and the benefits it can bring to you. I am putting my own body through this diet because i need to as i am dangerous position and this diet can help that but also bring other benefits. I am not a medical expert any advice i offer is based on my own research, please consult your own doctor before undertaken this.
